Ingredients:
1 Cup all-natural Peanut Butter
1 Egg
2/3 Cup sweetener of your choice (I used granulated monk fruit sweetener)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients until a soft dough is formed.
Roll into 12 balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Press down with a fork chris cross - classic PB marks.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and let cool completely.
Cookies are soft but will firm up beautiously once cooled.
