INGREDIENTS: 1 avocado 2 Cups pineapple juice 1 Cup apricot yogurt
DIRECTIONS: 1. Peel and remove stone from avocado. 2. Cut into chunks and place in blender. 3. Add pineapple juice and apricot yogurt. 4. Blend until smooth.
