Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 Egg
1/4 Cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 Cup organic cocoa powder
1/4 Cup coconut flour
1 Scoop Chocolate organic protein powder
1 Cup chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium sized bowl, scoop out the avocado and mix with the egg, coconut oil, honey, brown sugar, almond milk and salt. Mix until smooth.
Add in the cocoa powder, coconut flour and protein powder. (add more milk if the batter is too thick)
Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Pour into a parchment lined or greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool and cut into squares.
