Ingredients:
· ½ Cup Pure maple syrup
· 1/4 cup molasses
· 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
· 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
· 1/4 teaspoon paprika
· 5 T Dark brown sugar
· 2 teaspoons salt
· 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
· 2 ½ lbs. pork tenderloins
· 1 package of bacon
Directions:
Mix maple syrup, molasses, vinegar, ginger, paprika and brown sugar together in a liquid measuring cup and set aside.
Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper.
Wrap the pork tenderloins with the bacon.
Place in a crock pot and pour the liquid mix over the top of them.
Set the crockpot on low and cook for 6 hours.
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes and fresh carrots if desired!
