Ingredients:
1 Box of multi-color spiral pasta 1 block of cheddar cheese (cut into 1/4-inch squares)
1/2 of large onion (chopped small) 1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled 1 long seedless cucumber (chopped into small squares)
Ranch Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp dill 1 T thyme 1 T garlic powder 1 T onion powder 2 T parsley 2 T lemon juice salt, pepper to taste 1/4 Cup milk
Directions: 1) Ranch Dressing: Mix all ingredients together in a blender or ninja. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
2) Cook pasta and rinse with cold water.
3) Combine pasta, cheddar cheese, onion, bacon and cucumber.
4) Add in the ranch dressing. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
