Ingredients:
4 lbs. beef stew chunks
5 T crushed garlic
5 Scallions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 packages (8 oz.) organic tri-colored carrots
½ C Balsamic vinegar
5 T Soy sauce
5 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T basil, dried
1 T cumin
Salt, Pepper
2 T Adobe seasoning
½ bag egg noodles
1 can Campbells French onion soup
4 cups of water
Directions:
Place beef in crockpot with seasonings, garlic, scallions and peppers. Stir to mix together. Add carrots on top.
Mix all liquids together in a separate bowl and then pour over the carrots.
Cover and set on low for 6 hours. During the last hour add the egg noodles and cook until tender.
Mix together and serve!
