Ingredients:
3 Cups Bread flour, or all-purpose flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 Bottle of warm Beer (Your favorite flavor)
3 T softened Butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Add the warm beer and hand mix until combined and sticky.
Spread into a parchment paper lined or sprayed 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Spread the softened butter over the top of the loaf.
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes until the top is nicely browned.
