Ingredients:
1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
2 Pouches Buffalo Style Flavored tuna fish
1 Can Water Packed tuna fish, drained
4 stalks celery
3 small shallots or 1 small onion
1 T crushed garlic
½ Cup Ranch dressing
½ Cup Mayonnaise
Salt, pepper
2 T parsley flakes, reserved
Directions:
Cook Elbow macaroni until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
Chop celery and onions in a food processor.
In a large bowl combine the tuna fish, garlic, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and 1 T parsley flakes.
Add in the celery and onion and mix together thoroughly.
Once the macaroni is cooked and rinsed add to the mixture in the bowl.
Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated together.
Sprinkle 1 T parsley flakes on the top.
