Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, peeled
4 carrots, with peels, scrubbed
2 apples, cored
1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice (fresh is best)
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
8 cubes ice, or as needed
Directions:
Blend the bananas, carrots, apples, yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, flax seed and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Serve and Enjoy!
