Ingredients: 2 Cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I used yellow and white) Dill Pickles (sliced or slice your own small dill pickles - as I did) Roasted Jalapeños (I made my own) Olive oil spray Mini muffin pan
Directions: 1. Spray a mini muffin pan with olive oil. 2. Place a Tablespoon of cheese in bottom of each circle. (Pat down) 3. Place your sliced pickle or 3 small sliced pickles (like mine) over the cheese. 4. Top with more cheese. (Don’t overflow) 5. Pat down and then top with the roasted jalapeños. (Use your own hotness discretion) 6. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. 7. Let cool and serve with a side of Ranch dressing!
