Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 packet of graham crackers, crushed (9 or 10 crackers in a packet)
1/4 stick of butter, melted
2 T sugar
For the Filling:
2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt or Skyr Plain Yogurt
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons pure vanilla flavoring
For the Toppings:
(You decide whichever one you want)
1 can of Cherry Pie filling, blueberry, lemon or any other flavor you like.
(So many different options - you choose)
(You will need 3-4 16 oz. mason jars)
Directions:
Mix the melted butter and sugar in to the graham cracker crumbs, until they are crumbly and sticking together. Set aside.
Combine all the filling ingredients into your stand mixer and mix together thoroughly until it is nice and creamy smooth.
Starting in layers add to your mason jar: Layer of graham cracker crumbs on the bottom. Next, a layer of the cheesecake filling. Next, another layer of graham cracker crumbs and then a layer of the pie filling (whichever one you choose). I used the Cherry.
Repeat the layers ending with the pie filling on top.
Place the lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
