Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. Baby red potatoes, thinly sliced
½ Onion, chopped
6 T all-purpose flour
3 T butter, cubed
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 Cups Ham, diced
2 Cups Whole milk
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees and Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Thinly slice the potatoes and place into the bottom of the baking dish.
Top with the chopped onion and sprinkle the salt, pepper and garlic powder over the t top.
Arrange the diced ham over the top of the onion and sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the ham.
Warm the milk in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Pour the warmed milk over the mixture in the baking dish so the top of the liquid is level with the potatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven until the potatoes are tender. 45-50 minutes.
