Ingredients:
24 squares of caramel
3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 12oz. bag milk chocolate chips
Directions:
In a microwave safe dish add the caramel squares, coconut and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Heat uncovered for 1 minute and stir. Heat 30-60 seconds longer until the caramels are all melted.
Stir and then press into a 8 x 8 inch dish or loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Cool and then place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Lift the candy out of the pan and cut into 1 inch squares.
Melt the remaining chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish for 60 seconds and stir.
Heat additional seconds until melted if necessary.
Take the candy squares and dip into the melted chocolate until they are all covered, placing them on a sheet of parchment paper to cool. Place in refrigerator to harden.
Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
