Ingredients:
2 Cups flour
1 Cup unsweetened cocoa
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 2/3 Cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 C mayonnaise
1 1/3 Cup water
Directions:
Mix all Dry ingredients in a mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and water until mixed.
Add mayonnaise until all moistened.
Pour batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 40 – 45 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
