Ingredients:
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Cup sweetened shredded coconut
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup all purpose flour
8 Tablespoons butter
3/4 Cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a pie plate.
Place the milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and sugar into a blender.
Mix well.
Pour into the greased pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Remove and let cool completely.
Place in the refrigerator and let chill before serving.
