Ingredients:
1 packet of Bear Creek Country Kitchens Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix (11.2 oz bag)
8 cups water
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 large potatoes cut into chunks
1 large onion, diced
4 cups whole kernel corn (From leftover Corn on the cob – The Best!)
2 T fresh garlic
Salt, pepper
Directions:
Add the Soup packet to the crockpot, add water and mix together.
Add the potato, onion, corn, garlic, salt and pepper.
Set crockpot on low for 6 hours.
During the last hour mix in the sour cream and cheddar cheese.
Serve and Enjoy!
Hearty and delicious for a cold Fall or Winter day! 😊 or Spring & Summer too!
