Crab Meat and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Imitation Crab Meat

  • Fully Cooked medium Shrimp (about 10-12 pieces)

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 Celery Stalks

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion (1/2 medium onion)

  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Relish

  • 1 T Vegetable seasoning


Directions:

  1. In a food chopper combine the celery, garlic and onion. Chop into small pieces.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet relish and vegetable seasoning.

  3. Add the chopped vegetables to the mayonnaise mixture.

  4. To the food chopper, add the crab meat and shrimp and chop into smaller pieces. (do not over chop)! You just want smaller chunks.

  5. Add the crab meat to the mixture and stir until well combined.

  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

  7. Serve as is, as a dip with crackers, or even as a sandwich!
