Ingredients:
6 – 8 bone-in Pork Chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
Salt, pepper
Directions:
1. Season the porkchops with salt and pepper.
2. In a crockpot, layer the pork chops, (3 or 4) add ½ of the cream of chicken soup, then sprinkle ½ of the dry ranch dressing over the top.
3. Add the second layer of porkchops (3 or 4) and add the remaining cream of chicken soup and sprinkle the remaining dry ranch dressing all over the top.
3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes, or rice if desired. (The gravy is excellent to top either one!)
