Ingredients:
2 pounds cube steaks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet of brown gravy
2 Cups Beef Broth
3 T canola oil or vegetable oil
1 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
1 tsp each salt, pepper
All-purpose Flour (for dredging)
Directions:
In a small baggie, mix together the seasonings.
Season both sides of the cube steaks with the seasoning mixture.
Dredge in Flour.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Brown the steaks on both sides.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, packet of brown gravy and beef broth.
Pour over the steaks and simmer on low for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles.
