Ingredients:
2 Cups Bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Non-stick Avocado or Olive oil Spray
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Stir in the water and oil.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10-12 times, adding water or flour as needed to achieve a smooth dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 7 inch circle. Place parchment paper in between each one on a plate.
Using a non-stick cooking spray, spray a skillet and cook the tortillas over medium heat one at a time until lightly browned. Approx. 1 minute per side. Be sure to spray the pan in between for each flat bread. (Doing one at a time)
Place on a plate with the used parchment paper in between each one.
Serve right away with your favorite recipe, (I am using mine for fajitas and lunch wraps) or once completely cooled, store in a zip-lock bag. Use within 5 - 7 days.
