German Chocolate Mug Cake



Ingredients:

  • - 3 tablespoons almond flour

  • - 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder

  • - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • - 2 teaspoons water

  • - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • - 1 egg

  • 4 T Chocolate chips (or to your liking)

  • 2 T Chopped pecans (or to your liking)

  • 1 T Coconut flakes (or to your liking)

  • 2 cup Glass Measuring cup or a microwave-safe container


Directions:


  1. Combine everything except for the chocolate chips in your serving container and microwave for 60 seconds. Remove.

  2. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the cake and microwave for another 30 seconds.

  3. Spread the melted chips over the top of the cake.

  4. Top with chopped pecans and coconut flakes!
