Ingredients:
· 8-10 small baby red potatoes (or 1 container ready-made ones)
· 1 Italian Seasoning Packet
· 1 leftover Baked Ham with some Ham left on the bone
· 1 cup diced celery
· 1 cup diced carrots
· 32 ounces Chicken Stock
· 1 Cup water
Directions:
Combine potatoes, ham, celery and carrots, in a crockpot; season with the Italian seasoning packet. Pour chicken broth and the water over the mixture.
Cook on Low for 8 hours.
At the end of the cooking time, lift out the ham bone and cut off the remaining ham, add back to the crockpot, stir and serve.
Easy crockpot potato soup with ham. Perfect for a wintry day and makes the house smell delicious.
