Time for your Mental Health Check Up!
In order for you to find your “Health Happiness” physically, you have to make sure that your “Mental Happiness” is in order!
Time for a mental health check up! Just wishing things would change for you physically and mentally doesn’t make them happen. You have to re-think about how you think about stuff in your life.
Make changes, adjust your attitude, adjust other peoples’ attitudes about you, and just take a much-needed break to look at all the ways you can be helping yourself.
It all begins with your mindset. How do you look at yourself in the mirror?
With happiness, disgust, depression, sadness, elation? How can you fix those feelings about yourself? Have you tried to reflect on how you view yourself? Have you tried and failed? Have you tried and succeeded?
What have you done that worked for you? What could you do differently this time around? It’s the beginning of a new year – what do you want to change? What can you improve about your attitude? What are you going to do about it?
Would’ve, could’ve, should’ve is not going to get you anywhere.
The biggest success people have in weight loss and finding their overall health happiness physically is by having a good attitude, a great mindset and a positive outlook and goal mentally. You have to have your mind in the right place to begin any health improvement journey.
You can start a weight loss program, be given prescription medicine, start an exercise routine, change your diet or appearance at any time. But if you want to be successful at any of that – you have to be mentally ready to take it all on. You are changing yourself for the better for a lifetime, not just for a week, a month, a year or even until you have reached your goal(s).
If you want “Life-Time” health happiness achievements, start getting your mindset open to new ways of reaching them. This will be the start of your success!
Your brain is like a jigsaw puzzle. You have so many pieces to sort, organize and place where they all belong. Start with one piece at a time. When it is secured into a permanent place, move on to the next piece in the puzzle. So forth and so on, until the picture is complete. You can look at the whole picture and feel proud that you worked on it all. If you need help putting it all together – there is no shame in that. Ask for help when you need it. You don’t have to do it all alone. You are worthy of asking for any advice, inspiration and motivation that you need to complete your picture!
Don’t overlook what you need and don’t “over or under” think it too much. Success is worth every little step you take to get where you need to be. It won’t happen overnight, and it shouldn’t!
Any little step you take today to get it together is a big step towards keeping it together for the long haul – which is most definitely – your Life.
Open up your mind and get answers to all those questions you have been asking yourself for a long time!
