Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, (drained and rinsed well)
½ C quick oats
½ tsp baking powder
2 T cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
½ C pure maple syrup
¼ C coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 Cup milk chocolate chips (You can use dark chocolate chips too!)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor, (only ¼ cup of chips) reserve rest for the top.
Spread in an 8 x 8 Parchment lined baking pan. Sprinkle remaining chips on top.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
Let cool and slice.
