Ingredients:
2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 cups Mango, diced
1/2 cup Red onion, diced
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 Tablespoons dried cilantro
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Stir the tomatoes, mango, onion, sugar, cilantro, lime juice, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic together in a bowl.
Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight before serving.
Serve with your favorite chips!
