Ingredients:
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
4 tsp Soy Sauce
4 tsp Grainy Stone Ground Mustard
2 lbs. Salmon Fillets (thawed)
Directions: (Serves 4-6)
In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, mustard & soy sauce until combined well.
Arrange the salmon fillet on parchment paper or foil lined, rimmed baking sheet.
Spoon the glaze over the fish.
Bake in center of a 425-degree oven for 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested.
Serve with some fresh pea pods and enjoy!
