Meatball Marinade in the Crock Pot


Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Frozen Meatballs

  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks

  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 2 tsp. Onion Powder

  • Dash of Black Pepper


Directions:

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (except meatballs) and mix together well.

  2. Add Meatballs to your crockpot.

  3. Pour the marinade mixture over the meatballs.

  4. Set crockpot on low for 5 hours.

  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
