Ingredients:
¼ C Wheat germ 2 Bananas ¼ C Applesauce 2 T protein powder (I used chocolate) 2 T Honey ¼ C peanut butter (all natural) 1 ½ C quick-cooking oats ¼ C ground flax seed 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla ¼ C Creamy all natural peanut butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper or tinfoil.
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mash bananas and mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Spread in the lined pan and bake for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and spread ¼ c peanut butter over the top and then bake for another 10 minutes.
Let cool and slice into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
