Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon organic sugar
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
Serve the sauce with chicken wings, fried chicken tenders or nuggets.
This dipping sauce can be turned into a delicious creamy salad dressing as well! Just whisk in a few tablespoons of olive oil and you have a creamy parmesan-peppercorn dressing!
