(Healthy version – not just for kids!)
Ingredients:
2 Cups dry oatmeal
1 Cup mini chocolate chips
1 Cup peanut butter
½ Cup milled flax seed
2/3 Cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Roll into 1-inch balls and place in a container and freeze for one hour before serving.
Keep frozen. (Makes 2 dozen)
(I make two batches! – My son just loves them so much!)
