** Marinade the day before for a better flavor**
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork loin chops – (1 inch thick)
1 Cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 Cup dry sherry
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chops & mix well.
Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Next day – Broil about 5 mins on each side. Or Grill!
