Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Cup Heavy Cream
3 Tablespoons pureed pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
4 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Whisk together the milk, heavy cream, pureed pumpkin, pumpkin spice (make your own see below recipe), and maple syrup in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat.
When mixture begins to heat up and steam, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Pour into a container and store in the refrigerator.
** Make your own pumpkin spice:
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Allspice
2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Store in air-tight container and stir before using.
