Put Your Broken Pieces Back Together! One day someone is going to hug you so tight that all of your broken pieces will be put back together, and you will carry on and move forward!
That day is today!
Consider this blog your big hug for the day! Summer has arrived! What better way to get everything all together and enjoy the warm air and sunshine than by starting off your morning with a big ole hug!
Putting your pieces back together is a great start of your summer! Whether they are broken, mismatched, lost or just out of sight now they can be mended, matched together, found and in your line of vision any time that you want them to be!
Lean on your friends and family – that’s what they are here for. When you need that pick-me-up or that puzzle completed. Share your feelings out loud and reach out to them for comfort and guidance. Bask in that warm summer sunshine together.
Putting your pieces back together can feel like such an accomplishment and triumph when you put your mind and body into action!
It’s not impossible! The word itself says “I’m Possible”!
Sometimes putting back the pieces can feel like a divorce. You may go thru a period of denial, angst and anger. But there are steps you can take towards healing and putting yourself back together.
First and Foremost – Find forgiveness and meaning. This is the essential part of the healing process you need to complete to move on.
Be your own safe haven – Know and accept your own realities you are facing in your life. You don’t have to fix every little piece that is broken. Healing takes time and you have time.
Allow yourself to feel - Sometimes to get to the good stuff, we have to endure the bad stuff first. Very often we can’t heal without pain. Do what you need to do but, be sure to feel. It may hurt like hell but, do it anyway.
Get back up again – Once you do this you can pull yourself up and back together again. You don’t have to let the fear of pain stop you. Suffering is a part of life, but in the end, it can make you stronger.
Reach out - because anything is possible when your puzzle is complete. Reach out - sometimes you need that helping hand of friends and family to help you finish it! Reach out – when your puzzle is complete, so will your life be. Reach out - and put your pieces back together again!
It’s happening!
