Ingredients:
2 T kalamata olives, minced
1 T garlic, minced
2 T oregano, minced
2 T lemon juice
Salt, pepper to taste
½ Cup red wine vinegar
1 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Mix all together in a blender or food processor.
Store in a sealed container.
