Ingredients:
· 1 package thinly sliced steak strips
· 1 T salt
· 1 T pepper
· 1 T Paprika
· 1 T chili powder
· 1 T garlic powder
· 1 Cup honey
· ½ Cup soy sauce
· 4 T Hoisin sauce
Directions:
1) Preheat your oven or convection oven to 325 degrees.
2) In a plastic zip-loc bag, place all the spice ingredients and shake together.
3) In a separate bowl combine the honey, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce together until all mixed.
4) Add the spice mixture to the sauce and mix well.
5) Cut the strips into bite size chunks.
6) Add the steak chunks and coat evenly.
7) Let marinate for two hours or overnight.
8) Roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked thru but not overcooked. (Test after 18-20 minutes)
