Ingredients:
1 Bag of Tri-colored baby carrots
Sea salt, pepper
2 -3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 T Garlic Powder
2 T Fresh basil chopped
2 T Fresh Rosemary
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut carrots in half, lengthwise and spread onto a tin-foiled or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Sprinkle the olive oil over the carrots and season with the salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix up together on the sheet.
Sprinkle the basil and rosemary over the top of the carrots.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until tender.
