I was never a big fan of spinach in a drink, but this smoothie goes beyond my wildest imagination!
It hits the spot for sure! Give it a try - you will like it, I guarantee it!
INGREDIENTS: 4 cups Baby Spinach, RAW 6 ounces vanilla yogurt 1 banana 4 – 5 T water (as needed if mixture is too thick)
DIRECTIONS: 1. Place 4 cups of spinach into a blender. 2. Pour yogurt over the spinach. 3. Slice the banana and add into the blender 4. Blend for about 1-2 minutes. If the mixture seems too thick to blend, add water accordingly! **note** You can substitute almond or coconut milk for the water. Enjoy!
