Ingredients:
1-pint strawberry sherbet, softened (2 cups)
1 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
1 chocolate pie crust
10 Oreo cookies, chopped
1-quart fresh strawberries, chopped
Directions:
Place sherbet in a bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in the cool whip until well blended. Spoon into the chocolate crust and sprinkle with the chopped Oreo cookies, pressing firmly into the sherbet.
Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Top with the fresh strawberries and let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before serving.
It’s lip-smacking strawberry good!
