Ingredients:
1 cup spring salad greens, or to taste
1 cup frozen red grapes
1 chopped frozen banana
1 cored and chopped frozen apricot
1 cored and chopped frozen pear
2 tablespoons walnuts
Water as needed
Directions:
Layer salad greens, red grapes, banana, apricot, pear, and walnuts in a high-powered blender or food processor; add enough water to cover.
Blend mixture until smooth, adding water to reach desired consistency.
Serve and Enjoy!
