Oh Sweet, sweet ginger! Where have you been all my life? Right here in this wonderful smoothie with oranges and nectarines and carrots - all the wonderful "orange" ingredients just waiting to get you drunk!
Ingredients:
5 oz carrot - chopped
1 nectarine - pitted
1 orange - peeled
1/2-inch gingerroot shaved
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
1 cup ice
Directions:
In a blender, Vitamix or food processor, add all ingredients in order as listed.
Blend until smooth and serve.
