Ingredients:
One Butternut Squash
One Delicata Squash
One Bonbon Squash
1 - 2 tsp. Vegetable Seasoning
Olive Oil
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Regular Milk
Directions:
Slice the squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place them face up on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Roast in a 400 degree oven for about 1 hour or until tender. (Delicata squash will be done before the two others - so keep checking)
Let cool, scrape the squash off of the skins and then add to your vitamix, blender or food processor. Add in the vegetable seasoning and 1 1/2 cups milk to start. Add more milk if you want a thinner soup.
Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
