Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 1/2 Cups Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Crushed garlic cloves
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
2 large Eggs
1 Small chopped onion
2 tsp. Basil (fresh - chopped or spice)
1 tsp. rosemary
salt, pepper
4 -5 T Chicken broth
1 small chopped jalapeno pepper
1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except for the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
Add more chicken broth if it is too dry, or more bread crumbs if it is too wet.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Make into 1/2 inch patties (I made 7 of them). (I also used a hamburger maker)
Place on a sprayed foil lined baking sheet. (Spray well!)
Bake for 25-30 minutes. (No need to flip over)
Serve plain with a side, or place on a hamburger bun. You decide!
