Turkey Cutlet Two Layer Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. thinly sliced turkey cutlets

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 2 T Italian seasoning

  • 4 slices cheddar/jack cheese

  • ¼ Cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt, pepper to season

  • 1 cup Flavored Panko bread crumbs


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Layer 1 lb. of the cutlets on the bottom of a casserole dish.

  3. Spread ½ of the can of chicken soup over the cutlets. Sprinkle 1 T of the Italian seasoning over the soup.

  4. Top with 2 slices of the cheddar/jack cheese.

  5. Repeat layers.

  6. Top with the panko bread crumbs and shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
