Ingredients:
1.2 lbs. ground turkey
2 Eggs
½ Cup ½ & ½
½ Cup Barbecue Sauce (+ 1 T for garnishment on top)
1 Cup Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Worcestershire
2 Garlic cloves minced
¼ Cup chopped onion
Salt, pepper
2T Basil, crushed
2 Petite Orange Peppers – 1 -cut into rings, the other chopped
2 Petite Red Peppers – 1 - cut into rings, the other chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together (except the pepper rings) until evenly mixed.
Mold into a loaf pan and spread the 1 T barbecue sauce on top.
Arrange the pepper rings in a row on the top.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
